Terms and Conditions, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

By signing up for the tour, participants agree to and understand the following terms and conditions:

Itineraries:

Tour itineraries are intended, but not guaranteed.  Unforeseen events, weather, venue closings and cancellations, and unexpected travel delays may necessitate a change of tour plans.  StandardOfTruthTours cannot guarantee any specific experience or venue.

Air Travel:

Tour participants are required to make their own air travel arrangements.  They are responsible to ensure that their flight arrives at the tour starting point in time to join the tour.  They are also responsible to ensure that their return flight does not leave prior to the time outlined in the travel itinerary.  Tour members are responsible for their own travel expenses to rejoin the tour in progress if they arrive after departure.  No refunds will be given for missed meals, hotel rooms, or venues for late arriving tour participants.  Because travel delays are often beyond anyone’s control StandardOfTruthTours strongly urges all participants to purchase separate travel insurance that covers flight delays and cancellations.

Medical Insurance:

Tour participants are responsible for providing their own medical insurance and paying their own medical expenses.  By signing up for the tour, participants are agreeing to maintain and provide their own medical insurance for any types of illnesses or accidents that take place while on the tour. Travel insurance can also provide for certain types of accidents or illnesses.  StandardOfTruthTours is not responsible for participants’ medical expenses. 

Cancellations:

Because many of the tour costs are non-refundable, StandardOfTruthTours will not be able to refund tour participants fully for cancellations. This is why travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase separate travel insurance. Depending on the type of travel insurance purchased, the insurance can cover various types of unforeseen circumstances that may delay, interrupt, or prevent your trip.

Payment and Cancellation Schedule:

Full payment prior November 1, 2022, will receive a $50 per person discount

Full payment required by February 1, 2023

Cancellation within 7 days of full payment                                90% refund

Cancellation prior to January 31, 2023                                       50% refund

Cancellation on or after January 31, 2023                                 30% refund

Cancellation after May 1, 2023                                                    No refund
